Responsibilities

• Care for one child at a time, developing real connections and seeing progress firsthand.
• Develop skills in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care under specialized, hands-on training.
• Participate in a supportive, low-ratio setting with mentorship and flexibility.
• Make a real difference in the lives of children and their families.

Requirements

• Current RN license or LPN license in good standing.
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN or NCLEX-PN.
• Experience with pediatric patients is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including full time, part time, and PRN.
