Summary
Management trainees undergo training to advance to management positions. They work closely with senior personnel, learning techniques and gaining the knowledge required to run a branch/department/team smoothly. Management Trainees may be asked to maintain sales responsibilities for a select group of assigned customers. Management Trainees will deliver presentations and complete evaluations.

- Participating in regular performance reviews
- Enhancing professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional organizations

- Communicating with fellow employees, customers, vendors, management, and Field Support Center staff
