Summary

Management trainees undergo training to advance to management positions. They work closely with senior personnel, learning techniques and gaining the knowledge required to run a branch/department/team smoothly. Management Trainees may be asked to maintain sales responsibilities for a select group of assigned customers. Management Trainees will deliver presentations and complete evaluations.

Requirements

  • Operations
    • Assisting with day-to-day operations
    • Understanding each role within the company
    • Providing administrative support
    • Creating and giving presentations
    • Helping managers complete daily tasks
    • Preparing documents and updating records
    • Conducting other duties as assigned by leadership
  • Business Development
    • Maintaining key account responsibilities
    • Growing revenue and associated profits of select assigned Ewing customers and prospects
    • Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with customers
    • Performing sales development activities, including project quoting and marketing campaigns
    • Resolving customer complaints
  • Professional Development
    • Participating in the continual growth by completing goals on their Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
    • Participating in regular performance reviews
    • Enhancing professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional organizations
  • Leadership & Communication
    • Being involved in conflict resolution conversations
    • Providing excellent customer service
    • Communicating with fellow employees, customers, vendors, management, and Field Support Center staff
    • Attending and participating in company meetings
    • Reading and contributing to Company communications
    • Championing Ewing culture and commitment throughout all business activities
    • Collaborating with all relevant Field Support Center departments and field personnel
    • Representing Ewing in relevant regional organizations, associations, and activities
