About the role

Join our inclusive, diverse team and work on exciting consulting projects across various functional areas and topics (e.g., M&A, Business Transformation, Growth Strategy, Network Design, etc.). As a valued member of our international team, your unique perspective will drive high-impact analyses and recommendations for our customers. Be a trusted advisor for top management within the Americas region, both internally for the DHL business units and externally for customers across sectors.

Requirements

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Academic records (including test scores) and professional records that showcase your dedication and talent.
• Passion and engagement in social causes, sports, or other interests, demonstrating a well-rounded character.
• International work experience or study abroad background, enriching the team with a global perspective.
• Diverse background and experiences, bringing new insights to the table.
• At least 6 months of relevant practical experience (e.g., consulting, strategy, finance, or project-based internships).
• Solution-oriented problem solver with a strategic approach and outstanding presentation skills.

Willingness to relocate to South Florida is required.
