The Consultant role is at the core of our case team structure. Consultants guide case teams to provide breakthrough insights that create real value, driving teams to deliver actionable advice and strategies to help our clients win.

Responsibilities

  • Break down and outline the client’s key strategic issues
  • Design and supervise the team’s core research tasks and analyses day-to-day
  • Develop presentations and other deliverable structures
  • Participate in the communication of project conclusions to client senior management
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to more junior staff

Qualifications

We seek candidates who demonstrate leadership, drive, intellectual curiosity, strong analytical ability, a collaborative mindset, and uncompromising ethics. Qualified candidates typically meet one of the following criteria:

  • Enrolled in an MBA program with an expected graduation date between April and June 2027
  • Possess advanced degrees or several years of experience in roles requiring strong problem-solving, structured thinking, and data-informed decision-making

As part of the selection process, candidates will complete an online assessment to evaluate skills, strengths, and potential.

Pay

The base salary for this position is $185,000 annually, with additional performance bonus and profit sharing.

Schedule

This role follows a hybrid work model. Employees are required to be in their assigned home office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week, as well as the first Friday of each month.
