About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our team as interns. This position offers hands-on professional experience contributing to future technologies that impact daily life, with a focus on safety and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to ongoing projects within various departments including Process Engineering, Quality / Continuous Improvement, Environmental, Health & Safety, Manufacturing Operations, Commercial Sales & Marketing, Research & Development, Finance & Accounting, Procurement & Supply Chain, Communications & Marketing, Information Technology, Human Resources, Legal, and Semiconductor.
- Participate in group business challenges and executive luncheons.
- Attend coffee chat professional series and receive mentorship.
- Travel to corporate headquarters for additional learning opportunities.
Requirements
- Junior or higher enrolled in relevant engineering, business, finance, accounting, communications, computer science/IT, semiconductor, materials science, metallurgical, mining, chemical, civil, optical, mechanical, manufacturing engineering, or geology coursework.
- A curious and creative approach to problem-solving.
- A willingness to learn from people of all ages and backgrounds.
- U.S. citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
Qualifications

Pay
Pay range is $15.00 - $25.00 per hour, with actual base salary offered varying based on factors such as relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
