About the role
We offer paid internships that provide hands-on professional experience contributing to future technologies impacting daily life. Interns will focus on safety and sustainability, gaining confidence for a full-time career after graduation.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to projects in areas such as Process Engineering, Quality/Continuous Improvement, Environmental, Health & Safety, Manufacturing Operations, Commercial Sales & Marketing, Research & Development, Finance & Accounting, Procurement & Supply Chain, Communications & Marketing, Information Technology, Human Resources, Legal, and Semiconductor.
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with respect for work-life balance.
Requirements
- Junior or higher enrolled in relevant engineering, business, finance, accounting, communications, computer science/IT, materials science, metallurgical, mining, chemical, civil, optical, mechanical, manufacturing engineering, semiconductor, or geology coursework.
- A curious and creative approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to learn from people of all ages and backgrounds.
- U.S. citizenship or Permanent Resident status required to comply with ITAR requirements.

Pay
Pay range: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour. Actual base salary offered varies based on factors including but not limited to relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
