What We Offer

• 3-year guaranteed salary
• No cap on earning potential: Physicians are earning between $350K-$750K on average

Practice Details

• Take over a retiring physician’s practice in 2026, with an overlap period to allow for mentorship, collaboration, and a smooth handoff of patients—ensuring continuity of care and strong patient retention
• Collaborate with 2 Family Medicine Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Medical Assistants, an Office Manager, and additional support staff
• Value-based, longitudinal care practice with Medicare Advantage panel management, providing high-quality, coordinated care to improve outcomes and reduce costs
• Care Management resources available, extending care outside of the clinic
• Choose either an outpatient-only model or a traditional clinic-plus-inpatient model that utilizes hospitalists
• Monday - Friday: No nights, weekends, or holidays
• Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Call: low volume and outpatient phone only, 1:3 weeks
• Volumes: Gradual onboarding ramp-up to build confidence with the EMR, patient care, flow, and coding
• Target at least 18 patients/day as comfort and efficiency increase for financial success
• Opportunity to incorporate sub-specialty care and mentor medical students and residents if desired
• Flexibility to focus on clinical areas of interest (e.g., ADHD, mental health, women’s health, LGBTQ+ care, and more)
