When You Will Make An Impact

The Early Career Analyst program will start on September 14, 2026. From day one, you will develop your knowledge and understanding of AIG and the insurance industry and learn new skills through meaningful on-the-job experiences and instructor-led masterclasses. Through exposure to senior leaders, mentoring circles, networking and volunteering, you will build connections with colleagues across the organization.
