Crew Bossing

Crew Bossing is a very physically demanding job that takes place in very remote areas. Applicants must be aware of the potential risks and take the proper precautions to ensure their health and safety.

Requirements

• Commit to preseason training program
• If you have a reoccurring injury or a severe bee or nut allergy, you may not be suitable for this position.
• Commit to work for the entire length of the spring contract.

Qualifications

• Full car/truck license
• Van or bus license
• Planting experience with Outland is required.

Pay

Crew Bosses are paid based on their crew earnings and bonuses.

Schedule

Tentative contract dates are: Ontario and Manitoba April 25th to July 10th, Alberta May 10th to August 1st. To apply for summer work in July and August, please fill out an application in May or June.
