Responsibilities

• Set up cost control systems, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control systems.
• Perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure contracts adhere to negotiated parameters and government cost control guidelines.
• Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work; assist in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis.
• Prepare program plans to capture and schedule program requirements and statement of work.
• Perform schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks.
• Maintain accurate records of expenditures, prepare expenditure projections, and submit timely funding requests to ensure adequate funding availability.
• Incorporate contractual changes into control systems by tracking outstanding work against each contract to maintain realistic cost and schedule baselines.
• Process subcontractor invoices using the PLSC2 system.
• Support earned value contracts by preparing reports for program/technical teams to analyze.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Economics, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of related experience.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is required).
• Proficiency with Microsoft suite tools.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher.
• Experience with SAP and Cobra (earned value tool).

Pay

The salary range for this position is $57,300 to $85,900. The offer may vary based on scope, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Eligible employees may receive overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and company results. Vice President or Director positions may qualify for Long Term Incentives.
