About the Role
This position is within Special Education/Integrated Services at Poudre School District. PSD engages in a salary placement process vs. a salary negotiation process. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, and other job-related reasons.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a valid Colorado teaching license and a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a closely related field. Experience in integrated services, working with students with disabilities, and knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to special education are preferred.
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are required. Knowledge of assistive technology and familiarity with IEP development and implementation are also beneficial.
