About The Position

This posting is not for a specific current position but rather for an applicant pool for Elementary Teachers (General Education K-6) for the 2026-27 school year. Required Qualifications

• A Washington State Teaching Certificate with an Elementary Education endorsement.
• A Complete Application Includes Cover Letter, Resume, 2 Confidential Reference Surveys*, 2 Letters of Recommendation, and Transcripts.

Salary

Salary Schedule Range: $83,305 through $148,226 (2026-27 Salary Schedule not yet finalized). Placement on this schedule is determined by FTE and official documentation verifying educational level and certified work experience.

Physical Requirements/Demands

• Navigating various school and classroom environments
• Assisting students who need physical support or exhibit challenging behaviors
• Communicating with others regularly
• Frequent manual work using hands or fingers
• Occasional reaching, bending, or twisting
• Moving objects regularly weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
• Visual tasks requiring close-range work and adjusting focus
