2026-2027 Teacher on Assignment - Academic Coach (Social Studies)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Facilitator of Meetings for Teachers
• Mentor Teachers (New and experienced)
• Support Administrators of teachers
• Work on Curriculum Mapping with teachers and team
• Update Curriculum Maps on district Website
• Attend along with team state and national conferences
• Work closely with the team to develop PD for teachers and Para’s
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Education & Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
• AZ Department of Education Teaching Certificate
• DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card
