We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes General Information about SPPS and position. We need headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading only if content exists. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate like EEO, navigation, legal, application instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to decide what sections to include. Content: - General Information: SPPS hiring TA 2 - Special Ed for Highwood Hills Elementary School for 2026-2027 school year. Could be "About the role" or "About the position". Use

About the role

with paragraph. - Minimum Qualifications: list of qualifications (AA/AS/AAS or higher, or two years post-secondary coursework, or passing ParaPro plus HS diploma/GED). This could go under "Qualifications" or "Requirements". We'll have a section "Qualifications" with
. - Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: list of skills. Could be under "Skills". Use
. - TYPICAL DUTIES EXPECTED TO PERFORM: responsibilities. Use

      Responsibilities

      with
. - Other Requirements: physical requirements, training requirements (NVCI, CPR, bus safety). Could be under "Requirements" or maybe combine with Qualifications? But we have separate sections: Requirements could include physical and training. We'll put under "Requirements". - Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule: includes schedule (10-month position, 35 hours per week), pay range ($20.19 - $25.47), mention TA1 pay range etc. Also mention benefits info link. We need to include Pay and Benefits and Schedule sections only if they have real specific content. The posting gives pay range and schedule. Benefits: says benefit info can be found on Benefits Summaries page; not specific benefits. According to rule: do NOT create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It only says where to find benefit info, not actual benefits. So we should not create a Benefits section. Similarly, Pay: we have pay range, so we can create Pay section. Schedule: we have schedule info, so we can create Schedule section. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include application instructions, EEO, etc. We need to preserve all substantive info: include the info about transcript, veteran's preference, background check, essential functions? Those are substantive but maybe belong under Other Requirements or a separate section like "Additional Information". However we only allowed headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can put extra info under Requirements or maybe under About the role? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying we can use those headings but not limited? It says use those for section headings. Likely we should stick to those headings only. So we need to map all substantive info into those categories. We have: - About the role: general info about position, school, year. - Responsibilities: typical duties. - Requirements: maybe includes minimum qualifications? But we also have Qualifications separate. Could treat Requirements as other requirements (physical, training). Qualifications as education/assessment. - Skills: knowledge, skills and abilities. - Pay: pay range. - Schedule: work schedule (10-month, 35 hrs/week). We must not create Benefits section. We also need to include info about transcript, veteran's preference, background check, essential functions. Where to put? Could be under Requirements (maybe as "Other requirements") or maybe under About the role? But they are not about role. Probably under Requirements as additional requirements. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

        TA 2 - Special Ed

. We must not include Job ID etc. We must not include duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

        Schedule

This is a 10‑month position working 35 hours per week.

We need to ensure no extra whitespace issues. Also ensure we didn't include Benefits section. Also ensure we didn't repeat any content unnecessarily. Check for duplication: we have "All Teaching Assistants are required to lift more than 40 pounds." appears in Responsibilities and also in Requirements (lift >40). That's okay as it's substantive but maybe duplicate. The instruction: remove duplicated lines. We should avoid repeating same sentence. We have lift requirement in Responsibilities and also in Requirements. Might be considered duplicate. We should keep only one occurrence. Where is more appropriate? The lift requirement is a physical requirement, so better under Requirements. We can remove from Responsibilities. Also "All Teaching Assistant positions may require bus duty" appears in Responsibilities; we also have bus duty training in Requirements. That's not duplicate exactly but similar. We'll keep bus duty description under Responsibilities and keep training under Requirements. Also "Must be trained and maintain Non‑violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) and bus safety training and CPR as required." appears in Requirements; also we mention NVCI training in Responsibilities (be trained in NVCI). That's duplicate. We'll keep NVCI mention under Requirements and remove from Responsibilities. Let's adjust Responsibilities to remove those duplicates. Responsibilities list after editing: - Assist in implementing student IEP, 504 Plans, BIP, and sensory plans. - Support inclusion of students with disabilities in general education classrooms. - Record data on students’ IEP objectives and BIPs. - Assist students with functional skills (feeding, dressing, toileting, self‑help); maintain toileting area and equipment; set up meal area and equipment. - Assist teachers in working with individual students using communication systems therapy and discipline across the school day and in all environments. - Be mobile and move around classrooms and the school to anticipate and meet the variety of student needs. - Complete Third Party billing daily. - Provide follow‑up instruction on Positive Behavioral Interventions and implement de‑escalation strategies to avoid power struggles. - Assist in supporting students on field trips. - All Teaching Assistant positions may require bus duty: helping students with disabilities enter the bus, securing wheelchairs, fastening seatbelts/shoulder harnesses, maintaining order, comfort and hygiene, assisting with exiting, escorting students to the curb, and implementing bus behavior intervention plans. - Duties may occur in the school building, on the bus, on field trips or experiences, on the playground, or any school environment. Now Requirements list includes lift >40, physical abilities, Special Ed Orientation, NVCI and bus safety and CPR training, bus route training within 30 days, transcripts, credential evaluation, veteran's preference, background check, essential functions (regular attendance, exposure to cleaning products). Also maybe include "Must be on time to the job every day" - that's a skill? Actually it's under Knowledge, Skills And Abilities originally. We placed that under Skills. Good.
