2026-2027 Student Intervention Coordinator - Pool Posting
Position Information
The Student Intervention Coordinator collaborates with the school community, including the administrative team, instructional staff, support staff and families, to support the development and implementation of a school-wide positive behavioral intervention system which supports a positive learning environment and a high level of achievement for all students.
Shift Details
7 hours a day; 185 day calendar
Closing Position: Employees have reasonable assurance of continued employment to the following school year. However, an employee's total work hours, work locations, and the designated beginning and ending times may vary.
Pay
Hourly Rate: $50.17 per hour (2025-2026 Professional - Technical Employee Salary Schedule)
Effective Sept. 1, 2026: $52.14 per hour

Required Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in education, special education, behavioral, social or psychological science; and Three (3) years of successful behavior support, teaching experience, social work/or counseling in a K-12 setting.
- Licenses/Special Requirements: Complete Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training within 3 months of hire date and maintain certification annually.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior successful work experience in student evidence-based behavior intervention
- Demonstrated experience introducing, modeling, and reinforcing positive social behavior and/or experience implementing MTSS
- Experience and/or training with cultural, ethnic, and language diversity a plus
