2026-2027 School Operations Manager
About the Role
Our Operations Managers impact students' lives by assisting the Transportation Manager with bus routing, maintaining student transportation updates, arrival and dismissal, and field trips; assisting the Data Manager with testing procedures, logistics, and security; assisting the Kitchen Manager with coordination, preparation, and submission of meal data for federal reimbursements; assisting the Technology Manager with student and staff technology; and assisting the Office Manager in the registration and enrollment process.
Responsibilities
- Preparing family communications
- Supporting event coordination and other special projects as assigned by the Director of Finance & Operations
Qualifications
- Belief in the mission and values of Crescent City Schools
- BA or BS degree preferred, but not required
- Strong service-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to learn
- Strong organizational skills, including the use of spreadsheets and other tools to manage logistics
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, operate a computer and other office equipment, reach with hands and arms
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- This is an in-person role
