Assignment Experience (When available, PSI shares real assignment details early in the process)

  • Provide targeted academic support to students across subjects.
  • Reinforce classroom lessons and assist students in understanding concepts.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
  • Support students’ social-emotional growth and engagement.
  • Auxiliary in implementing MTSS / RTI interventions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and staff to support student success.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide small-group and individual academic instruction.
  • Reinforce classroom lessons and assist students in understanding concepts.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
  • Support students’ social-emotional growth and engagement.
  • Auxiliary in implementing MTSS / RTI interventions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and staff to support student success.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or related field.
  • Teaching license preferred (state-specific).
  • Experience in academic support, tutoring, or intervention preferred.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Passion for helping students succeed academically.
