About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing educational support to students in various subjects.

Responsibilities

• Teach core academic subjects to students in grades K-12
• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with state standards
• Mentor and provide guidance to students to foster their academic and personal growth
• Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and support staff to enhance student learning
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Valid teaching license in the state of Kentucky
• At least 3 years of teaching experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse student populations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Pass a background check
