Join our Snowsports School as a Junior Instructor and gain valuable experience working alongside seasoned instructors while supporting groups of children learning to ski or ride. This is a great way to build leadership skills, share your love of winter sports, and be part of a fun, energetic team. Pay rate $15.00/hr Responsibilities & Duties Assist instructors in teaching groups of children on the slopesHelp maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environmentDemonstrate and communicate Snowsports techniques clearly and enthusiasticallySupport children in the House Mouse program (indoor care for those no longer skiing)Provide professional, friendly interactions with both kids and familiesMaintain a neat, professional appearance in uniform (helmet, jacket, and name tag required)Show knowledge of Jiminy Peak’s services, including lodging, food & beverage, and liftsBe punctual, reliable, and ready to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidaysUphold Jiminy Peak’s mission, vision, and core values Qualifications Must be at least 14 years of ageAble to ski at an intermediate (“blue square”) levelReliable transportation requiredAbility to lift at least 25 lbs Why Join Us?
