Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and implement an appropriate instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential.
- Develop and deliver lesson plans that meet established school and district curriculum standards.
- Assess student progress regularly and adapt instruction to meet individual needs.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of student progress and development.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Participate in professional development activities and staff meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.
