About the role
The Elementary Teacher at Mitchell, Andrew ES is responsible for providing a comprehensive educational program to students in grades K-5.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state standards.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional strategies and support student learning.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Valid teaching license in the state of Nevada.
- Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred but not required.
