About the role

Responsible for providing instruction to students in grades K-5, fostering a learning environment that promotes academic achievement and social-emotional growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with state standards.
• Instruct students in reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies.
• Implement classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum and assessment strategies.
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Valid teaching license in the state of California.
• At least one year of teaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse educational setting.

$85,000 - $95,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
