Position: Fire Science teaching position for the 2026-2027 school year.
About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching fire science courses to high school students at Veterans Tribute CTA in Las Vegas.
Responsibilities
- Teach fire science courses to high school students
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state standards
- Assess student progress through various methods and provide feedback
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe learning environment
- Participate in professional development activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Science or related field
- Valid Nevada teaching license
- At least two years of relevant work experience in fire science or education
- Experience working with high school students
