About the role

The successful candidate will teach English to students in grades 6-8.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state standards.
• Assess student progress through various methods and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary units.
• Mentor and support students in developing their writing skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Valid teaching license in the state of Nevada.
• At least two years of teaching experience preferred.
