About the role

This position is located at PETERSEN, DEAN ES in LAS VEGAS-PETERSEN, DEAN ES. The primary responsibility is to teach Pre-K students.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for Pre-K students.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support student growth and development.
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Valid Nevada teaching license or ability to obtain one within six months.
• At least two years of full-time classroom teaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children.
• Knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Ability to manage a classroom of up to 20 students.
