About the role

The role is dedicated to teaching early childhood students with special educational needs in a STEAM academy setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state standards.
• Provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Collaborate with other educators, parents, and specialists to support student growth.
• Evaluate student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
• Valid teaching license in Early Childhood Special Education.
• Experience working with students with special educational needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current educational theories and practices.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
• Experience with technology integration in the classroom.
