About the role

A self-contained special education teacher who will provide instruction to students with disabilities in a general education classroom setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
• Collaborate with other educators, parents, and specialists to support student learning.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Evaluate student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid teaching license in Special Education.
• Experience working with students with disabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
