About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing educational support services to students in grades K-12.
Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and classroom management
- Provide individualized attention to students to address academic and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- Valid teaching license in the state of Kentucky
- Experience working with students in grades K-12
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass a background check and criminal history review
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Knowledge of current educational theories and practices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
