About the Role
This application is intended solely for current student teachers within Poway Unified School District who have been placed through their affiliated university and coordinated with Human Resources. To qualify for employment, student teachers must obtain a valid 30-Day Emergency Substitute Permit.
Requirements
- All PUSD current student teachers
- Current Student Teachers are required to hold a 30-Day permit
Required Documents
- Resume
- Three signed letters of recommendation (dated within the past three years)
- Unofficial copies of transcripts
- CBEST test results (not required, but include if available)
- TB Test Results/X-ray Results

- Name of your Mentor/Guide Teacher
- School site of your placement
