The Department of Psychology, Philosophy, and Neuroscience at SUNY Brockport is seeking applicants for anticipated part-time adjunct faculty for the Psychology program.
Job Functions
- Teaches assigned psychology courses in the Department of Psychology, Philosophy and Neuroscience
- Engages in experiential and hands-on education when appropriate
- Produces effective course materials
- Achieves student learning outcomes
- Holds open office hours for students
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology or closely related field by time of appointment from a college or university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or an internationally recognized college or university, or equivalent experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Doctorate in psychology, Significant teaching experience
Additional Information
Work Schedule: Variable
Salary And Benefits: $5,500 stipend per 3 credit course or 3 credit course equivalent. May be benefits eligible.
