Summary
The Department of English at SUNY Brockport is accepting applications for anticipated part‑time adjunct faculty openings to teach daytime face‑to‑face composition courses on our main campus.
Essential Functions
- Teaching (100%) – teaches assigned courses in the Department of English.
- Engages in experiential and hands‑on education when appropriate.
- Produces effective course materials.
- Achieves student learning outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in English or a related field from a college or university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or an internationally recognized institution, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching college composition.
Work Schedule
Variable.
Salary and Benefits
