West Allis is seeking an operational leader to expand their HVAC services across multiple branches in the Milwaukee area. The position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000, along with bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Train, support, and coach HVAC team members to ensure exceptional customer service experiences.
• Drive service and installation sales teams to meet and exceed budget goals.
• Manage HVAC schedules and resource allocation in daily operations.
• Select and maintain ethical selling and professional installation practices.
• Conduct quality control and inspections of HVAC jobs.
• Handle customer satisfaction requests.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of HVAC leadership experience.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Background check and drug test as required by state law.
