About the role

ProRecruiters is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Rubber Press Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining rubber press machinery to mold, form, and finish rubber components according to specifications. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, follows safety protocols, and takes pride in producing quality work.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor rubber press machines to produce parts.
• Load raw materials into molds and remove finished products from presses.
• Adjust machine settings such as temperature, pressure, and cycle times as needed.
• Inspect finished products for quality, defects, and compliance with standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or job orders.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

$20/hour

Schedule

Monday–Thursday, 6:00am to 3:30pm
