About the role

You will manufacture high-performance films used in smartphone and television LCD screens. By supplying these precision components essential to the digital society, you will support the development of IT infrastructure worldwide in a highly value-added role.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing duties (all of the following):
  • Film cutting: Start by cutting film straight with scissors.
  • Machine operation: Work in pairs to load ultra-thin film rolls (approximately 0.003 mm thick) into equipment. Prevent wrinkles and maintain quality by coordinating to pull the film evenly.
  • Inspection: Shine a light to visually check for scratches or dirt.
  • Packaging: Wrap completed rolls in multiple layers of aluminum sheets and prepare for shipment.
  • Packing: Secure rolls on carts with clear tape to finalize for shipping.
• Quality assurance: Measure product samples and input results into a PC.

Additional duties

• Cleaning machinery using solvents and performing simple data entry.
• Transporting heavy objects (approximately 300 kg) using overhead cranes or counterbalance lifts.

In the future, you may have the opportunity to obtain forklift or rigging certifications at the company’s expense.

Work environment

• Team-based structure: 7–8 members per shift, with 5–6 in manufacturing and 1–2 in quality assurance. Roles are coordinated to prevent errors.
• Climate-controlled cleanroom environment.
• Safety rule: No manual lifting of objects over 15 kg—cranes and equipment are used to minimize physical strain.
• Relatively quiet workspace with minimal noise (machine sounds only).
• Potential downtime while machinery is operating.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; remote interviews available with no resume needed.
• Candidates with forklift, rigging, or other relevant certifications are welcome.
• If you do not have certifications, the company may sponsor training for forklift, rigging, or other qualifications (at no cost to you).
