About the role

Manufacturing small medical rubber products, such as those used in syringes (approximately 2 cm in diameter).

Responsibilities

• Operate two rubber-sheet molding machines per person.
• Feed raw material into the machines to produce rubber sheets.
• Set A4-sized (200 g) rubber sheets into machines, remove them, and peel off the release paper.
• Hang the molded rubber sheets on hangers.

Note: The process consists of three distinct steps (feeding, setting/peeling, hanging). Assignment to a specific step is not selectable.

The final product is roughly the size of a 10-yen coin. Solvent odor is present during the process.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Remote interviews available; résumé not required.

Active workforce includes men in their 20s to 40s. This is an opening-staff recruitment.
