About the role

Research and development of wiring harnesses and related components for automotive applications.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate samples of high-speed communication harnesses and connectors.
• Attach terminals to wire harnesses using crimping machines and verify attachment strength through tensile-testing.
• Manually wrap fine metal wires around cables according to specified procedures.
• Prepare and polish harness cross-sections for inspection and evaluate high-frequency cable performance.
• Organize and format measurement data recorded by equipment into Excel spreadsheets, tables, and graphs using provided templates.

Sample sizes vary; typical weight is approximately 5 kg.

Qualifications

• No prior manufacturing experience required.
• Graduates of electrical/electronics programs at industrial high schools or equivalent knowledge are especially welcome.
