About the role

This position is with a company that manufactures optical lenses used in cameras and image processing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Materials and subsidiary materials ordering and inventory management
• Customer and materials manufacturer liaison (receipt notifications and delivery date adjustments)
• Materials and subsidiary materials receiving
• Production planning and progress management (production performance data aggregation)
• Product shipping preparation (picking and preparing shipping documents such as delivery notes)
• Shipping carrier coordination (creating pickup request plans and liaising with transport companies)
• General inventory management tasks (consolidating work-in-process data, materials receiving/dispatching, and data transfer to core systems)

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management or related fields
• Basic PC operation skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Products are approximately 5 cm square and weigh less than 500 g
• Active range of employees from their 20s to late 40s, both men and women
