About the role

We are a manufacturing company specializing in rubber products. You will lead "production control operations" within the production management group to maximize factory efficiency while flexibly responding to customer needs. This role requires decision-making based on an understanding of the manufacturing floor, not just data entry or communication tasks.

Responsibilities

• Schedule updates and management: Update the existing production schedule based on orders from sales staff. Check whether materials are sufficient and if products are likely to be completed on time.
• Internal coordination regarding delivery dates: Respond to requests from sales staff, such as "Can the delivery date be moved up?" Confirm the current status with on-site staff and provide an estimated completion date to the sales team.
• Communication with the production floor: Engage in frequent communication with on-site staff, including visiting the production floor to check progress and discuss delivery timelines.

Work Environment

• Air conditioning and heating are fully equipped, ensuring a comfortable working environment year-round.
• Production management and procurement operations are separated, allowing you to focus solely on production management.
• While the team includes many experienced veteran employees, this position is designed for regular employment, offering early opportunities to take on responsibilities with significant discretion.
• The mid-month period tends to be busy, but unnecessary overtime is minimized, and a clear work-life balance is maintained.

Tools used: Excel (SUM, AVERAGE, VLOOKUP functions).

Requirements

• Practical experience using SUM and AVERAGE functions in Excel.
• Experience in coordination or adjustment roles is highly welcome (industry experience is not required).
