About the role

This position is with a group company of a major automotive parts manufacturer. You will be responsible for the maintenance, management, and repair of machinery within the factory.

Responsibilities

• Replacing defective parts
• Test-run inspections of machinery
• Patrolling the factory to check for issues or defects reported by on-site workers
• Team meetings
• Large-scale repairs, including stopping factory machinery, disassembling machines, removing and replacing parts, reassembly, and test runs (depending on the condition of the machinery)
• Using tools and performing tasks such as welding
• Desk work, such as reviewing repair plans and diagrams with the team when no abnormalities are present

Note: On Mondays, when machinery restarts, the number of malfunctions tends to be higher. Depending on the frequency of issues, you may spend the entire day addressing them.

Requirements

• Experience with machine maintenance, welding, or tool usage (e.g., torque wrenches, screwdrivers)
• No restrictions on hair color or style
• No formal education, qualifications, or resume required; remote interviews available
• Part-time workers and freelancers are welcome
