About the role

We design and manufacture automated packaging machinery, ultra-precision electronic component production systems, and container/material manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventive maintenance and regular inspections to prevent downtime of printing and automated packaging machinery. Detect early signs of failure by checking for wear on drive components, loose bolts, unusual noises, and other indicators using your senses.
• Replace and assemble parts such as bearings, belts, and motors based on drawings (e.g., parts lists) and perform adjustments. Work with ultra-precision machinery requiring micron-level accuracy, developing delicate manual skills and fine-tuning abilities.
• Respond to breakdowns (corrective maintenance) by collaborating with on-site staff to identify causes and restore equipment quickly using tools like wrenches, spanners, and screwdrivers. Experience the fulfillment of being a "machine doctor."

Work Environment

• Indoor work with air conditioning.
• Some processes may involve exposure to the smell of organic solvents.
