1st Shift Warehouse Supervisor

Join Freight Breakers LLC as a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor overseeing loading and unloading operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse associates during loading and unloading operations.
• Lead crews handling freight, cartons, and boxed merchandise.
• Monitor conveyor systems to ensure efficient and safe freight movement.
• Ensure freight is accurately scanned and tracked throughout the operation.
• Assign daily tasks and manage labor to achieve production goals.
• Enforce company policies and maintain a strong safety culture.
• Train, mentor, and develop warehouse team members.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and overall operational performance.
• Communicate daily expectations and performance objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
• Maintain professional communication with facility leadership and management.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Lead, or Manager preferred.
• Background in loading, unloading, freight handling, or distribution operations.
• Experience with conveyor systems and handheld scanners is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

Pay

Starting pay: $20.00/hour + performance-based production incentives (earn $25+/hour based on operational performance).

Schedule

Full-time, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Shift options: Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday.
