1st Shift Warehouse Specialist

About the role

As a Warehouse Specialist, you will work on a team to safely, accurately, and efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders following established pick and pack processes. This includes scanning labels, counting the correct amount ordered, and ensuring products are properly packaged, protected, and presented in a professional manner. No experience is necessary—we provide extensive on-the-job training within the team and full support along the way.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Follow established pick and pack processes
• Scan labels and count ordered items correctly
• Ensure products are properly packaged and protected
• Use handheld devices and Autonomous Mobile Robot systems for order picking
• Maintain commitment to quality and productivity expectations

Requirements

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and team mindset
• Comfortable with technology (handheld devices and robot systems)

Physical Demands

• Ability to work with required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Stand and walk for periods of up to 8 hours
• Ability to reach, twist, and bend
• Manual dexterity and repetitive motion
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Pay

Starting pay for this position is $20.65/hour, plus an annual profit-sharing bonus with a target of 20%, eligible starting December 2027.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
