About the role

Selecting is hard work, so we’ll pay you a starting wage that scales with production and efficiency— the better you perform, the more you earn. On average, our selectors take home 122% of their base salary!

Responsibilities

  • Work 10 hours per shift, Monday through Thursday
  • Work 10 hours per shift, Friday and Saturday off
  • Work shifts that vary based on workload
  • Lift up to 100 pounds
  • Work in extreme temperatures (both hot and cold)
  • Read, write, and communicate in English
  • Pass a drug test and background check

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Must successfully pass a drug test and background check

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required
  • Train with our dedicated training team

Skills

  • Strong physical stamina
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures

Pay

Starting at $20.90/hour! Plus, earn two pay raises in your first year.

Schedule

Sunday-Thursday (shift end varies on work load)
Fridays and Saturdays off!

Sun 6:00 start
Mon. 6:30 start
Tues. 8:00 start
Wed. 6:30 start
Thurs. 6:30 start
