1st shift Warehouse Associate (Forklift Exp. required)

As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks to support the efficient operation of our warehouse or distribution center, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and products while ensuring accuracy, safety, and inventory integrity.

Responsibilities

• Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Inspect products for defects and damage.
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized daily.
• Abide by all company safety and regulations.
• Operate forklift or other heavy machinery as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven warehouse experience.
• Adequate knowledge of warehouse data systems.

Skills

• Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
• Team player with strong organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and self-motivation.
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand, walk, push, bend, and/or squat for 10+ hours in a day.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs at a time.
• Regularly perform repetitive tasks.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing facility environment.
