Warehouse Associate (1st Shift)

Gotion Inc. is based in Silicon Valley, CA, currently building a Manufacturing facility in Manteno, IL and has R&D centers in Ohio, China, Japan and Europe. We innovate in next‑generation electric vehicle and energy storage technologies (lithium batteries and related systems) to accelerate electrified transportation and achieve sustainable development. Gotion is powered by a leading power battery technology company that provides solutions for vehicles including the world's first mass commercial e‑bus route. We are seeking a detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate to assist in the efficient operation of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and transportation management, contributing to day‑to‑day activities and continuous improvement initiatives. Note: This position does not offer relocation assistance; any relocation costs are the candidate’s responsibility. The employer is not currently hiring foreign national applicants requiring sponsorship for this position.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and staging materials.
- Follow all safety rules, standard operating procedures, and company policies.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Knowledge of production material flow best practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
Qualifications
- Experience using SAP software
Pay
Expected pay range: $20 – $20 USD (base pay is one part of the total compensation package).
Schedule
1st shift: Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
