About the role
The Tumbler/Cure Room Attendant manages the day-to-day operation and utilization of the Targeted Pet Treats Curing Room and Tumbler area, ensuring the packaging lines’ needs for product supply are always met.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all product flows into and out of the Cure Room
- Ensure comprehensive shift-to-shift communication
- Work closely with QA to ensure samples for testing are made available
- Work closely with Packaging to ensure product needing tumbled is scheduled and completed to ensure timeliness in packaging
- Commitment to establishing and exceeding quality and food safety expectations
- Perform product rotation duties in accordance with established daily, weekly, and monthly procedures
- Perform to the standards set forth by the Quality Assurance standard for releasing product to packaging
- Perform tumbling duties as established on all identified product
- Live by Targeted Pet Treats Values

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Verbal and math skills at an 8th-grade level
- Teamwork and ability to work with little or no supervision

Physical Requirements
- Maneuver through tight spaces
- Lift 25 lbs. over their head
- Pull/maneuver pallet jack with up to 2,000-pound loads
- Carry items of 50 pounds in weight from one place to another
- Stack 50 pounds repetitiously
- Able to push and pull loads for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work with soy
- Must be able to distinguish colors
