1st Shift Team Lead

What will you do?

• Lead and direct associates within the assigned operational area to meet productivity and quality targets
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, safety regulations, and company policies
• Cook up manpower, equipment, and workflow to support daily operations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support Lean and 5S practices
• Communicate with management and cross-functional teams regarding production updates and operational issues
• Maintain and distribute manpower reports and operational updates

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Experience in supply chain, material flow, or warehouse operations is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is necessary
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards is required
• A criminal background check and drug screening must be passed
