About the role
Simon & Schuster is seeking a 1st Shift Shipping Take-Off Associate to join our Distribution Center in Riverside, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Take completed cartons off of conveyor
- Palletize cartons
- Wrap cartons onto pallet
- Shrink wrap pallets
- Stage pallets on shipping dock
- Floor load trailers
- Operate low rider
Requirements
- Ability to read shipping labels
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Available for overtime as needed
- Ability to operate low rider (preferred)
- High School Diploma (preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively when needed
- Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to follow directions

Pay
- Hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies.
