About the role

Pay

$20.28 per hour, plus a bi-weekly productivity bonus.

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Assist with manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare and ship products with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels, and resolve count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the correct warehouse bays.
• Perform other duties within your training and expertise.

Requirements

• 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently.
• Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification (preferred).
• A true team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable and accountable to the team.
