About the role

CJ Logistics America is seeking skilled and motivated Forklift Operators to join our dynamic team. This position offers a competitive pay range starting at $20.28 per hour, with the potential for a bi-weekly productivity bonus. The schedule is 1st Shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate stand-up forklifts to ensure smooth warehouse operations
  • Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets as needed
  • Perform manual case picking as directed
  • Prep and ship products with accuracy and care
  • Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels, and count discrepancies
  • Replenish products in designated bays
  • Handle other tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience
  • Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently
  • Battery and propane safety training/certification is a plus
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliability – dependable and a team player

Qualifications

  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Valid driver's license
  • Current CPR certification

Pay
